Sami Banna

Sami is a practicing attorney since 2014. Sami is an experienced litigator, who represents corporations in complex civil, commercial, taxation and criminal disputes at all stages of litigation.

Additionally, Sami has notable experience in the field of settlement of disputes in addition to his litigious experience.

Sami is frequently involved in advisory work, which includes but is not limited to employment law, taxation law, and companies’ law. Sami has experience in drafting and negotiating agreements as well.

Work Highlights

• Represented a notable entity in dismissing a taxation claim the value of which exceeds JOD 500,000.
• Represented a regional banking institution in a $10 million contractual claim.
• Defended a specialised EPC and BOT Contractor against a series of civil liability claims caused by its development of a major project in Jordan.
