Ola was admitted to the Jordanian Bar in 2014. Ola has profound expertise in representing national and regional corporate clients and individuals in complex civil, commercial, and criminal claims.
Ola has a wealth of expertise in representing multinational companies and individuals in criminal claims. Her practice includes claims of fraud, cybercriminal claims, and breach of trust claims.
Ola is also a member of our competition law practice, whereby her most notable experience in this field has been in representing a major regional telecommunication company in a complex competition law violation claim valued at JOD 50,000,000.
Work highlights
- Represented a multinational company in a complaint in front of the Public Prosecutor of Amman and the Criminal Investigation Unit in relation to fraud and theft charges the value of which is $465,562.
- Achieved favourable settlements in favour of a regional banking institution in 29 concurrent claims for contractual damages.
- Represented a major regional telecommunications companies in claims against the Attorney General (acting on behalf of the Telecommunications Regulatory Commission and the Ministry of Finance). A final decision by the Jordanian Court of Cassation in favour of the client has been issued.
- Successfully defended a major regional telecommunications company in an unfair competition claim the value of which is JOD 50,000,000.
