Mustafa Abu-Dalo
Mustafa Abu-Dalo is a practicing attorney since 2017. Mustafa has experience in representing both corporate entities and individuals in a wide variety of disputes. His practice focuses mainly on the provision of advisory work, civil, commercial and employment litigation, in addition to other aspects of the law.
Mustafa is currently reading towards a PhD in the Civil Code from Ain Shams University in Egypt.
In addition to his daily duties of drafting claims, defenses, notices and pleadings, Mustafa is experienced in trial advocacy at all stages of litigation. In this regard, Mustafa has particular expertise in FIDIC related disputes.
Furthermore, Mustafa has profound experience in non-contentious matters which include drafting and negotiating agreements and the provision of day-to-day advice to our clients. Mustafa’s sectoral expertise include the fields of construction, mining, telecommunications, and intellectual property law.
Work Highlights
- Represented a prominent regional telecommunications company in a series of varied claims relating to issues of cybercrime, and contractual damages claims.
- Represented two international companies in relation to the recognition and enforcement of foreign arbitral judgements in Jordan in accordance with the terms of the New York Convention for the Recognition and Enforcement of Foreign Arbitral Awards.
- Represented numerous companies in employment claims.
