Mohammad Tamimi

Mohammad Tamimi is a practicing attorney since 2008. Mohammad has a wealth of cross-sectional legal expertise in representing corporations and individuals in a vast range of complex commercial disputes and transactions alike.

Mohammad frequently advises on issues of a civil or commercial nature, employment law issues, real estate issues, banking law, and insurance law. Mohammad has a wealth of trial advocacy expertise at all stages of litigation.

Furthermore, Mohammad has significant transactional experience, which includes day-to-day advisory work, drafting and negotiating a wide range of agreements, in addition to advising both sponsors and lenders in renewable energy projects in relation to obtaining the relevant permits and licences, registering land lease agreement with entities such as the Land and Survey Department and the Investment Commission.

Mohammad is also a member of our real estate transactional practice and frequently advises on issues pertaining to the sale, mortgage, and registration of land lease agreements.
